Macalister, Lebor gabála Érenn: The book of the taking of Ireland, vol. 5 (1942): 240–281 (§§ 525–561). One of the sectons is headed Gen. Cimbaeda (f. 74rb.9ff). Incl. verse: (a) beg. Cimbaeth no chinnedcech cain (6qq), anonymous (inde dicitur); (b) beg. Failet sunna eter da fhert (1q), attrib. to Cú Chulainn (Cu Chulainn dicebat); (c) Mac Echach ard orddan (3qq), attr. to Cormac (Unde Cormac hoc carmen cecinit).
